1. Eligibility
The “Enter to Win a $250 Walmart Gift Card” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of ecoATM, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will take place during designated in-person Walmart reopening events as outlined in the below schedule (“Promotion Periods”).

Entries must be received during the event hours to be eligible. Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Periods will not be accepted. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Walmart.
3. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must attend the designated in-person event and submit their email address via the official ecoATM entry form accessed by speaking with an ecoATM in store representative during the event.
- Limit one (1) entry per person.
- Entries must be submitted in person at the event to be valid.
- No other method of entry will be accepted.
4. Prize
One (1) winner per event. Each winner will receive:
One (1) $250 Walmart Digital Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250
The digital gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of entry.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable email addresses provided by entrants.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty. Sponsor expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- The drawing for each event will occur 1 week after the event.
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
- The digital gift card prize will be delivered to the same email address used to enter once the winner has been confirmed and any required documentation is completed.
- The winner may be required to provide proof of identification, such as government-issued photo identification.
- The winner may be required to complete a liability/publicity release, IRS Form W-9, and/or other U.S. tax forms, if applicable, before receiving the prize.
- Each selected winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within the required time, is deemed ineligible, provides an incorrect or undeliverable email address, or fails to complete required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Conditions of Entry
By entering, participants agree to and/or attest that:
Provide a valid and accurate email address, in person, at the designated event;
They are the owner of the provided email address;
Only enter an email address once per event; and Comply with these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any issues related to email delivery, including spam filtering, incorrect email addresses, or email system failures beyond Sponsor’s control.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ecoATM, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants, including email addresses, will be used by Sponsor for:
- Administering the promotion
- Contacting the winner
- Delivering the digital prize
- Sending marketing and promotional communications (where permitted by law)

11. Choice of Law
As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be, to the maximum extent permitted by law, limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
