Have a different Android device?

If you have a different Android device we recommend searching "factory reset" in your "Settings" app.

How to factory reset your Samsung Galaxy

  1. Open your "Settings" app
  2. Search for "factory reset"
  3. Tap "Factory data reset"

If that did not work, you can try the following:

  1. Open your "Settings" app
  2. Scroll down and tap "General management"
  3. Scroll down again and tap "Reset"
  4. Scroll to the bottom and then tap "Factory data reset"

You can remove your data remotely.

If that did not work, you can try the following:

  1. Open your "Settings" app
  2. Scroll down and tap "System"
  3. Scroll down again and tap "Reset Options"
  4. Tap "Erase All Data (factory reset)"
