ecoATM National Recycling Day Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The ecoATM National Recycling Day Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) and located in the Territory at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of ecoATM, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

The Promotion is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. PST on November 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on November 22, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter (Instagram Entry)

  • Like one (1) or more of the official ecoATM National Recycling Day Sweepstakes post(s).
  • Follow @ecoATM, @repurpose, @thesak, and @totallybamboo on Instagram.
  • Comment on the post(s) and tag three (3) friends.
  • Optional: Reshare the post to your Instagram Story for a bonus entry.

Each comment tagging three (3) unique friends counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of eligible entries.

Your Instagram account must be public and personal during the Promotion Period. No purchase necessary to create an account. Please see Instagram’s terms of use.

Conditions of Submission

  • Be original content created solely by the entrant, and the entrant must be the personal owner of the Instagram account used to submit the entry.
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, disparaging, or illegal material.
  • Not contain material which infringes on the rights of third parties.
  • Not promote alcohol, drugs, firearms, or political messages.
  • Not include private or personal information about others without permission.
  • Not include (except incidentally) logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by others.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, off-topic, or inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand values. Entries will not be judged.

Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • $500 Gift Card from ecoATM (ARV: $500)
  • Box of Popular Items from Repurpose (ARV: $205)
  • Hobo Charm, Wristlet, and Charm from The Sak (ARV: $217)
  • Kitchen Bundle from Totally Bamboo (ARV: $178)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,100.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee.

Winner Selection & Notification

On or about November 24, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner(s) will be notified via direct message on Instagram from @ecoATM. Each winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and may be required to provide identification and tax forms before receiving the prize.

If a potential winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate may be selected. Winner list available after validation at the official URL.

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

  • Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
  • Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with entry or violating the rules.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or lost entries.
  • All taxes and expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
  • The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta or Instagram.

Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, image, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with ecoATM’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ecoATM, its affiliates, and their employees from any claim or liability arising from participation or prize use.

Choice of Law

Disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. All issues are governed by California law without regard to conflicts of law.
