ecoATM Earth Month Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
The ecoATM Earth Month Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of ecoATM, LLC ("Sponsor"), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.
The Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on April 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) ("Promotion Period"). Posts made outside of this period are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter via Instagram by completing the following steps on either of the designated ecoATM giveaway posts:
- Follow @ecoATM
- Like the giveaway post
- Comment on the post and tag three (3) unique friends
Each comment tagging three (3) unique friends counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story for one (1) additional entry.
Entrants must have a public and personal (not corporate or shared) Instagram account during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Internet access and an Instagram account are required. 4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Earth Month prize package including:

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor. Sponsor expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about April 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
The winner will be notified via direct message from the official @ecoATM Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours. If the selected winner does not respond in time or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to provide proof of identification (e.g., government-issued photo identification) and complete a liability/publicity release, IRS Form W-9, and/or other U.S. tax forms (if applicable) before receiving the prize.
After the winner is validated, the winner can be viewed in the pinned Instagram comment of the corresponding post and at www.ecoatm.com/pages/earthmonthgiveaway.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Conditions of Entry
Entries must:
- Be original and created by the entrant, and the entrant must be the personal owner of the Instagram account used to submit the entry
- Not contain offensive, illegal, defamatory, disparaging, or inappropriate content
- Not infringe on the rights of any third party
- Not include misleading or false information
- Not promote alcohol, drugs, firearms, or political messages
- Not include private or personal information about others without permission
- Not include (except incidentally, as judged by Sponsor) logos, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property owned by others
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is inconsistent with brand values. Entries will not be judged.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or malfunctions beyond its control.
All taxes and expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ecoATM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. Privacy
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant's name, image, likeness, and entry content (or derivatives thereof) for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation. Participation also constitutes a waiver of all ownership rights to the entry and its content (including any intellectual property rights created therein) and assignment of said ownership rights to Sponsor for use by Sponsor for any purpose without any payment to entrant. Sponsor's publication of an entrant's Instagram post is not an indication that said entrant has won a prize or that the post qualifies for entry in the Promotion. Participation also constitutes an agreement that entrant will not be compensated in any way for creating the entry content or for assigning the ownership rights of said entry content to Sponsor, either financial or otherwise.

11. Choice of Law
As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be, to the maximum extent permitted by law, limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
